CEO

At Middleton Street Property Management, I lead our leadership team and focus on making sure the company runs smoothly at every level. That includes overseeing financials, approving budgets, tracking performance scorecards, and staying on top of industry trends to guide new initiatives. I’m involved in marketing strategy, major partnerships, and acquisitions—both in terms of new properties and companies. I also make it a priority to stay accessible to owners if any problems arise. 

My career in real estate began in 2000, managing commercial properties for a local investor. I joined Middleton Street Property Management in 2005 when it managed just one property. Over the years, I took on more responsibility, eventually acquiring the company and expanding it into what it is today—including the launch of separate vacation rental and commercial real estate management businesses.

Real estate isn’t just my profession—it’s what I love. I enjoy building strong teams, pursuing smart growth, and helping investors succeed in a complex and ever-changing market.

Owner Account Specialist

At Middleton Street Property Management, I am the Accounting Manager and have been with the team since 2008. I oversee all aspects of our accounting operations, including daily financial tasks, monthly reporting, owner statements, vendor payments, trust account management, and budget preparation. I also work closely with property owners to answer questions, explain charges, and resolve any billing issues they may have.

With over 25 years of experience in accounting, I bring a strong foundation in small business finance. Before joining Middleton Street Property Management, I owned and operated a successful bookkeeping company for 12 years. I have also worked with several companies across the US as a bookkeeper, gaining valuable experience in diverse industries, all while navigating the unique challenges of being a military spouse. I enjoy working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly and take pride in providing reliable, accurate financial support that property owners and our team can count on.

My goals are to continue improving efficiency within our accounting systems, provide clear and timely financial information to owners, and support the overall growth and success of Middleton Street Property Management through strong financial management. I strive to build lasting relationships based on trust and transparency in everything I do.

Executive Leasing Specialist PM

Donna Rogers has been a dedicated member of the Middleton Street Property Management team for over a decade. Starting as an office assistant, she has steadily advanced through the roles of office manager, property manager, and now serves as the company’s operations manager. In her current role, Donna oversees the day-to-day operations of Beaufort Rentals, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

A Beaufort, South Carolina native, Donna holds a Bachelor's degree in Management/Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. With 8 plus years of direct property management experience, she brings a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for providing exceptional service. Donna enjoys the dynamic nature of property management, no two days are ever the same.

Outside of work, Donna is a proud wife and mother of seven. She cherishes date nights with her husband and staying active with her kids, who keep her busy with every sport imaginable.

As a Leasing Specialist, I process and approve rental applications, prepare lease agreements for new tenants, and handle tenant and owner escalations. I provide operational support to ensure efficient and effective property management.

As a remote team manager, I oversee staff performance to ensure we consistently deliver world-class customer service.

As the Maintenance Manager, my primary responsibility is to oversee the maintenance operations for a diverse range of properties, ensuring that they are safe, functional, and well-maintained for our tenants. I lead a dedicated team committed to upholding the highest standards of maintenance and repair across our portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

With over four years of experience at Middleton Street Property Management, I continually pursue professional development, keeping myself updated on the latest industry standards and technologies. My goal is to drive efficiency, optimize maintenance processes, and enhance tenant satisfaction while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Portfolio Manager Assistant

With over three years of experience at Middleton Street Property Management, I have progressed through several key roles—from Accounting Assistant to Application Officer, and now serve as both Portfolio Manager Assistant and Maintenance Coordinator. In my current position, I handle the day-to-day operations related to lease renewals, tenant and owner communications, and a wide range of property concerns. I also coordinate work orders to ensure prompt and effective maintenance services. As a key liaison between tenants, owners, and service providers, I bring strong organizational skills and a commitment to customer service, helping to ensure efficient property management and satisfaction for both owners and tenants.

Property Management Advisor

As the Property Management Advisor and Real Estate Investment Specialist with Middleton Street Property Management, I serve as a strategic resource for property owners! I assist with rental evaluations, market analysis, and onboarding, helping clients make informed, confident decisions. With over two years at Middleton Street Property Management and a lifelong background in construction, real estate, and property management—I bring both practical insight and industry knowledge. As a licensed South Carolina Realtor, I stay current on local trends by meeting regularly with agents, attending community events, and staying actively engaged in the market!

In my investment role, I work with clients looking to grow their portfolios by identifying high-performing rental opportunities, including access to off-market properties, and aligning them with long-term investment strategies. Whether advising first-time landlords or seasoned investors, I focus on delivering trusted, results-driven support that builds confidence and maximizes returns!

Inspector Coordinator

I am the Inspector Coordinator at Middleton Street Property Management. I manage and organize the inspection process, including scheduling property inspections (move-in, move-out, annual inspections, and property walkthroughs) and notifying tenants of upcoming inspections. I review inspection reports for damages, maintenance issues, or lease violations, communicate inspection report to property owners, coordinate repairs or upgrades based on inspection results, maintain detailed records of inspections and corrective actions taken, and follow up on previous issues to ensure completion and tenant satisfaction.

My career began in construction and property rentals, where I gained over a year of experience. I was responsible for scheduling work orders, procuring materials, contacting vendors, ensuring schedules were met, conducting quality control checks, inspecting rental units, and performing customer satisfaction surveys.

I joined Middleton Street Property Management in 2022, bringing a focus on managing our website listings and assisting prospective tenants through the application process. Each day, I work closely with tenant leads, answering questions about our available properties and helping them find the right home.

I enjoy being part of a team that values communication, efficiency, and providing a positive rental experience for everyone we serve.

Portfolio Manager Assistant

I joined Middleton Street Property Management in 2023 as a Tenant Relations Officer, focused on supporting our residents and helping them feel at home. Since then, I’ve grown into my current role as a Portfolio Manager Assistant, where I help manage half of our property portfolio. From move-ins and move-outs to lease renewals and daily coordination, I work to keep everything running smoothly for both tenants and property owners.

More recently, I also stepped into the role of Maintenance Coordinator. I now oversee work orders, communicate with vendors, and make sure maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. I enjoy being part of a team that values communication, reliability, and service—and I take pride in helping ensure our properties are well cared for and our residents feel supported.

No two days are the same in this role, and that’s what I love most about it. Whether I’m helping someone get settled into a new home or resolving a maintenance issue, I’m always focused on making the experience as seamless and positive as possible.

Marketing Specialist

At Middleton Street Property Management, I drive marketing efforts and support the company’s growth through creative strategy and execution. My responsibilities include designing graphics, editing videos, and contributing to innovative marketing campaigns. Working closely with Matt and Malory, I ensure all promotional materials align with the company’s goals and brand identity while enhancing our online presence through social media, email campaigns, and larger initiatives.

My journey in marketing began during my college years, where I developed a passion for storytelling and creative communication. Since joining Middleton Street Property Management, I have honed my skills and actively contributed to impactful projects that support the company’s objectives. Over time, I have embraced opportunities to grow within the organization and expand my expertise in digital marketing and creative strategy.

For me, marketing is more than just a job—it’s a way to connect people to meaningful experiences and help brands tell their stories in ways that inspire action. I take pride in delivering quality work that resonates with audiences and supports the company’s continued success.

Assistant Bookkeeper

As an Assistant Bookkeeper at Middleton Street Property Management, I have been actively contributing to the team for over a year. My primary responsibilities include ensuring that all property owners are compensated accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, I handle the posting of invoices from vendors and manage credit card transactions.

I have been an accounting professional for nearly 12 years, primarily gained through my previous roles in the wholesale and retail sectors.

As an individual who identifies as an introvert, I have a deep appreciation for Japanese anime and enjoy listening to music on Spotify.

Assistant Bookkeeper

At Middleton Street Property Management, I manage our Accounts Payable tasks, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of financial transactions. My responsibilities include processing daily transactions through Ameris Bank, following up on rent payments from residential tenants, and managing utility bills from providers such as Dominion, BJWSA, Blue Granite, OBP Insurance, Steady, Second Nature, CWS, and Coastal Waste.

I verify the accuracy of all invoices by confirming the correct bank account is used, entering invoice numbers in the left corner memo box, and approving BRGM maintenance invoices. Once Patricia provides approval, I process the payments and reconcile bills against the TS and RBP records. I also generate invoices for both internal and external inspections.

With a strong focus on detail and efficiency, I help maintain smooth financial operations behind the scenes. I take pride in contributing to a team that values professionalism, accountability, and exceptional service.

My career began in 2013, with a focus on BIR compliance for clients. Since 2022, I have specialized in Accounts Payable and joined Middleton Street Property Management in 2024.

At Middleton Street Property Management, we are team-oriented, goal-focused, and driven. In my role as Portfolio Manager, I work to deliver exceptional service for both tenants and property owners. I ensure properties are move-in ready, manage move-out inspections, and handle tenant concerns with care and professionalism.

I began my career in real estate in 2020 and quickly discovered my passion for the industry. I take pride in helping people succeed—whether it's maintaining a well-managed property or ensuring a positive rental experience.

Receptionist

As the receptionist at Beaufort Rentals, I take pride in being the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and visitors. Whether it’s a phone call, a walk-in, or a quick question, I strive to make every interaction welcoming, helpful, and professional. I listen carefully to concerns and needs, making sure each person is connected to the right team member.

One of my favorite parts of the job is getting to say “congratulations!” and handing over the keys to a new home — because how exciting is that? Even while multitasking behind the scenes, I’m focused on helping deliver the kind of service I’d want for my own family.

I was born in Beaufort, moved away, and returned in 2018. Outside of work, I love spending time with my child, going to the beach, trying new foods, and learning something new whenever I can.
